The president and founder of Lady Bug, has over 25 years of pest control experience and personally assures your satisfaction when dealing with her staff and services. Lisa is currently expanding her Eco Friendly concept through franchising. There are 20 units operating now. She encourages people to ask her or her staff of professional’s questions, and utilize their expertise, their commitment to being ECO-FRIENDLY and their experience at Lady Bug to assist you with your exterminating and pest prevention needs.

Monique Napoleon
Monique is the Financial Manager in the Corporate Headquarters for Lady Bug. She has many years of experience in operations management and finance. She is responsible to formulate and implement strategic business plans for the expansion and development of Lady Bug.

Toni Ortiz
Toni is the Termite Manager and Administrative Trainer at Lady Bug. In 2008 she was a customer service representative in the Corporate Office and also was a pest control technician in the field. She is a certified applicator by the Arizona Structural Pest Control Commission in General Pest Control, Termite Inspections and Termite Treatments.
